Condominium Management

We note that some residents have placed their personal items such as shoe racks and potted plants at the common corridor. They are not only potential fire hazards, in some cases they could obstruct the fire escape passageway and staircases if there is an emergency. It may also violate the Fire Safety Guidelines set by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).

We wish to remind all residents to keep their personal belongings within the apartment units and keep the common area clutter-free. The Management will not accept any liabilities, whatsoever, for loss or damage to any personal item including but not limited to bicycles, benches, flowerpots, shoe racks, shoes (among other things) left in any part of the common area.

We seek the kind cooperation of all residents for the safety of everyone living in your neighbourhood.

In view of the Chinese New Year being round the corner, we have placed incense burners near to the fire access area next to the carpark entrance. Residents who wish to burn incense papers and lit candles during the festive period are to proceed to the said designated location to make the religious offerings.

Please note that NO burning of incense papers or any form of religious offering is to be made at the common area except at the said designated location. Residents who carry out the burning of incense papers and religious offerings at non-designated area and who cause damage and losses to the common property shall be made responsible for the reinstatement and repair.

A crime prevention message from your friendly Neighbourhood Community Policing Officer (CPO)

We have received feedback that some of the residents / domestic helpers do not clean up after their pet dogs defecate at common areas. Unpleasant odour and unsightly scene will leave a negative impression of our estate.

We urge all pet owners / handlers to clean up their pet dog defecate immediately in order to keep the common environment clean and hygienic.

Your effort and consideration will definitely make Ripple Bay a clean and aesthetically pleasant place to live in.

Please feel free to contact the Management Office at Tel: +65 6384 6765 if you need further clarifications.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Yours sincerely,
